Its not the case, may I know where have you heard that? You should take a look at the citygate showflat before making an objective assessment, or past world class land projects for reference. Have you seen them? Or perhaps I can share some photos with you for your review. You may want to move fast as only 12 dual key residential units left for citygate, will be glad to share the available starbuys with you.

Whatever you have heard, it is the best to visit the various showflats or completed projects to take a look for yourself.

There is no 100% defect free projects therefore it could be random cases of complains made. And the general population tends to complain when encountered with performances falling below expectations but seldom make it a point to compliment the good experiences.

As what is being shared by Ivan, we only have limited units left at Citygate therefore it is encouraged to make a point to be there as soon as possible before the remaining starbuy units are being taken.
